Laser Hair removal Packages Terms and conditions

1.     No refunds are allowed after payment. Please revise carefully the start date and expiry date of your package to avoid missing any sessions

2.     The management reserves the right to suspend and/ or revoke the membership of any member who violates the rules and regulations or otherwise engages in conduct not in the best interest of the clinic

3.     In case of pregnancy, the membership is frozen up to 3 months after delivery; no refunds are allowed

4.     If the member suffers from a contagious disease that may jeopardize the health of the staff, the clinic reserves the right to stop the sessions until the member is medically free

5.     The minimum age for membership is 13 years, with the exception of your program, which requires a parent’s or guardian signature

6.     The member warrants that he/she is in a good physical condition and has no disability or impairment or alignment which would be adversely affected by participation in a physical conditioning program or use of the clinic facility or services

7.     Membership cannot be shared with any family member, friend, or colleague. The member has the right to assign or transfer his/her membership in the clinic itself while presenting his/her valid ID. the clinic management shall approve transfer

8.     Membership renewals: a member has the right to renew their membership under the terms and/or privileges of existing renewal programs for a maximum of thirty (30) days after the expiry date of their membership. A person with an expired membership exceeding thirty (30) days will be considered a new member without renewal benefits

9.     Prices are subject to change with no prior notice

10. The management reserves the right to suspend and/or revoke the membership of any member engaging in suspicious conduct, loud or abusive language, or behaviour

11. In case of refund due to a medical condition adversely affected by the service used, the original amount of the session is deducted by its original price of each session used

12. The time interval between the sessions must not be less than 21 days after revising the skin condition, and may vary according to the doctor’s consultation

13. The start date for any package is a maximum of 2 weeks

14. The semi-annual package expiry date is after 6 months from the start date

15. The expiry date for the annual and super annual packages is 12 months from the start date of the package, so if you skipped a session, you can’t get it after the expiry date
