I wanted to share my feedback regarding how my recent laser burn incident was handled. While I appreciated the offer for medical follow-up, I was surprised that receiving treatment was conditional upon signing a legal waiver.
Using medical care as a bargaining tool for a "no-claim" agreement is unprofessional. Responsibility for a clinical error should be unconditional.
Iβm sharing this because such a policy could easily lead to serious legal issues with the Consumer Protection Agency if a patient decides to take formal action against this practice. I hope you reconsider this approach for the sake of the clinic's professional reputation.

Worst laser experience in my life! The prime lase is extremely useless, I feel like it made me go 10 months backward with minimal to no effect at alll! I was in a level where no hair appears at all, just after using primelase the hair started showing again more than ever.
Also, gown wasnβt available in my sessions and instead they provided the bed cover to use for coverup!! Also, one time there was no changing room, I just changed in the same room where Iβll do my laser. Unfortunately, because sessions are paid Iβll have to
